PO · The first axis
Physiological Optimization
Heart, lungs, body. The substrate.
U.S. Patent Pending 63/921,717What we measure.
Cardiovascular reserve, body composition, performance medicine, longevity science.
- Heart rate, heart rate variability, resting trends
- VO₂max via wearable estimation
- Body composition: lean mass, fat distribution
- Cardiopulmonary capacity under load
- Sleep architecture as it influences cardiovascular reserve
Why it matters.
The body is the substrate of every other axis. Without physiological reserve, the equation collapses toward zero regardless of any other input. PO is the foundation we measure first, daily, from your wearables.
How it feeds the equation.
CH = (S × Sp)C × (T + E)p × (ER × RS)C/3
PO contributes to the (T + E)^p block as the cardiovascular and exercise component. A low PO depresses the entire equation.

All eight axes are documented openly. Each one gets its own page.
